Having coached high school football for over 27 years on both coasts, I've discovered that football is so much like life.
It’s all about connecting, collaborating, and empowering those around you. My passion, my WHY, is to do exactly that: to work with individuals, teams, and businesses to create winning cultures and empower them to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
When I first started coaching, I relied on my experience as a player but felt overwhelmed. I was fortunate to be mentored by some great coaches and learned valuable lessons from others on what not to do. Over time, my philosophy evolved. I realized that great coaching has little to do with the players and everything to do with people. This principle holds true in sports, business, family, and life—it’s always about people!
As a husband, married to my best friend for 30 years, a father of four amazing children, and now a grandfather to two wonderful grandsons, I am blessed to have a platform that extends beyond the field. My role as a coach encompasses not only those I coach but also those I coach with and countless others along the way.
My family has been by my side since day one, and they continue to support me. As social media has expanded, I’ve realized that our reach is limitless. My goal, my passion, and my WHY are to empower as many people as I can through the great sport I’ve been called to coach.
